The Exhaustion of Optimization
So why ThisMidlife? After two decades of chasing biohacking trends and spending over $100,000 on gurus, conferences, fads, equipment and supplements I began to see through the hype, identify the systems and realize my path was changing my health and hurting my head. I became synical and tired of the digital exhaustion of tuning into every Instagram and YouTube feed to make sure I was “cutting edge.” It didn’t feel like me.
What Changed
So I decided to fill This Midlife’ with relevant resources, ideas and stories to inspire and open up your sights (and add perspective) to the actionable things that are happening in the world of health and longevity. I won’t try to convince you of anything, but I will seek to build clarity and to show you how your next 50 years can be active and vibrant.
