When I first contacted Ski I barely had enough energy to make it through the day. Work was awful, my attitude was horrible, my weight was way off and I felt like hell. I’m not going to lie, the assessment was tough because the questions made me face reality.

Here I was at 45, looking at my weight, my attitude, my job and feeling like NOTHING was working. Felt like a full-blown midlife crisis. A friend suggested I call Ski, and from the first minute I was comfortable. He told me I wasn’t broken, and it seemed okay.
With a few basic baby steps I was on the way to making changes and feeling better. I am losing weight, feeling more confident and convinced I am going to improve for many more years. Just being optimistic used to be a big deal for me, but now I start every day with a smile.
I’m a serious type A personality and have done really well in my career. Last year I noticed I was losing steps, always tired and began forgetting things at work. Not a good scene.
Going through the questions, we figured out I needed some tests which revealed some bad numbers. Fortunately I was able to adjust my eating, set up a better sleep pattern and adjusted my levels with supplements. I’m back and really better than before. Highly recommend this program.
